Creativity is defined as a phenomenon whereby something new and somehow valuable is formed through divine inspiration. Most of the time, creativity is associated with great works of art – music, theatre, literature, dance, painting, sculpting and so on.
However, I beg to differ.
In Embracing and Being in ‘I AM’, everything is creation. Everything we do, say, feel, is divinely inspired for the ‘I AM’ is the seat of the divine within us.
There is no form, until we give it form. There is no name, until we give it name. There is no existence until we breath the fire of existence to it. We create every minute of every day.
We are the creators of our thoughts, we are the creator of our deeds, we are the creators of our words…. We are the creators every aspect of our lives. It is time now that we consciously create what we truly want to in our lives.
‘I AM’ Creative.
“Imagination is the beginning of creation. You imagine what you desire, you will what you imagine, and at last, you create what you will” – George Bernard Shaw
Creativity is for the daring, the fearless. For we have to go into the belly of No-thing to birth Some-thing. Creativity requires complete faith, trust and wonderment – wonderment of what could be, trust in our own capacity to be a Creator, and faith that the spark of divinity is woven into all that we Create.
‘I AM’ Creative.
“Every child is an artist, the problem is staying an artist when you grow up” – Pablo Picasso
The greatest foe of creativity is conditioning. Conditioning stifles curiosity. Conditioning stifles wonderment. Conditioning is limiting, for it only allows for us to see what is as opposed to what could be. Conditioning is about control. Control limits Creativity.
Living an existence through conditioned beliefs is living someone else’s creation. Living in Creativity is living in one’s authentic sense of Being. Living in Creativity is living out one’s own passions, dreams and adventures. Living in Creativity stamps our own imprint, our resonance into existence.
‘I AM’ Creative.
“Curiosity about life in all of its aspects, I think, is still the secret of great creative people” – Leo Burnett
Everything that we do, consciously or unconsciously, is an act of Creation. Every bit of energy we invest into bringing into form what was not – even the most mundane – is investing into Creation : the food we cook, the route we choose to go to work, the silly songs we make up in our heads, the words we speak.
Consciously and unconsciously, we create our lives every single moment that we live. The resonance and vibration of our individual creations contribute to the universal harmony of the collective Whole – partaking in the creation of the Collective Unconscious.
‘I AM’ Creative
“Whatever happens, happens to you by you, through you; you are the creator, enjoyer and destroyer of all you perceive.” ― Nisargadatta Maharaj
We choose what we create, and how we create. It may take the droplets of time, the air of patience and the light of tender love for the flowers to bloom from the bulbs of our creativity. As long as we feel joy in the process of, and passionate in the outcome of Creation, then we are truly expressing our ‘I AM’.
Creation is the outward expression of our ‘I AM’.
What is your ‘I AM’ expressing?
This meditation can be done at any time although the 11:11 new moon is a wonderful time to jump start it. It is best to find a quiet, peaceful spot, where you will be undisturbed for about half an hour. Close your eyes and make the intention to connect to your ‘I AM’.
(For me, it’s my solar plexus, but it can be your heart, or any other energetic point in your body – your intention will draw you to the right centre)
(If you are new to this, allow the energy to fill as much of your body as possible. The more you do this, the simpler and stronger the flow will become).
(Please note that the manifestations have to be done one at a time)
(It is best to ensure that the manifestations start with ‘I AM’ as opposed to I Want or I Would Like. Eg: Instead of ‘I’d like abundance’, it is best to say ‘I AM’ abundant’, or replace ‘I want a partner’ with ‘I AM with my partner’. )
An example of a complete I AM manifestation is : ‘I AM’ grateful that ‘I AM’ abundant.
(It is important that this energy is released completely)
(Take your time to really feel it within your I AM centre, and moving it up and radiate it out of you Being)
11:11 is a double master number – representing balance and Oneness with All. Seeing and Being within the 11:11 energy is about awakening and according to Uri Geller is the door way to an entirely new spiral of evolution. The New Moon is a time of new beginnings and manifestations. An 8 Universal year – is a powerful year to claim what is ours in balance and resilience, and to manifest into our plane of existence.
This 11th day of the 11th month of 2015 is powerful time to embody our ‘I AM’ and to work from this deep pure place to birth our dreams. It is an opportunity to step into a powerful vibration to Be. In Being, we can affect our reality and how our future unfolds and consciously influence our manifestations.
In my experience, manifesting from ‘I AM’ carries a far more powerful resonance.
A week ago, I was consciously manifesting growth and development in my career for 2016, using the Advanced Vibrational Techniques. As I released my manifestation, I had an awareness that some of that energy boomeranged back to me. Upon further reflection, I realised that I had subconsciously pulled the energy back to me because I was holding onto fear of personal success.
I AM so blessed in so many ways, and one of the greatest blessings in my life is my husband, Andy Tomlinson – who happens to be one of the best therapists I know. So, I turned to him to see if I could get to the source of this fear and to overcome it using Past Life Regression Therapy.
In the session, I went back to a past life where I was a highly successful alchemist, gaining the trust, love and influence of the townsfolk and those from the surrounding towns. The land owners who managed the towns did not like my popularity – they feared it. It was a time where white and black magic was accepted and highly regarded, and the land owners approached a practitioner to curse me. My practise declined. I died by accidentally mixing two toxic potions that caused fatally noxious fumes to permeate not just through my practise, but also that of my tiny town – fatally wounding, if not killing, most of the residents. I died wracked with guilt for responsibility of killing so many who relied on me, still carrying the curse to not succeed.
After the curse was cleared and the guilt resolved, I came up with 2 affirmations at Andy’s urging – ‘I deserve to succeed’ and ‘Thank You for my success’. When asked to feel the affirmations, I could barely draw the energy of it up from the soles of my feet to my ankles. It was so weak.
Suddenly, it was as though a switch flipped and I changed my affirmation to ‘I AM Successful’. Immediately, I felt energy surged through my body like an electric shock, as though jumpstarting everything physical, emotional and mental, that had laid dormant for a long time. Not only did I believe that ‘I Am Successful’, I embodied it.
The next day, I did my manifestation exercise again – this time the energy shot out deep into the cosmos – with strength and gratitude. Before, I would wonder and sometimes worry how my manifestations would come to pass. Now I just AM.
11 : 11 : 2015 New Moon is a powerful time to embody our ‘I AM’ and to consciously create and BE our reality.
Have a blessed, powerful week.
