As of late, I have been addressing many queries about ‘Fear’ at this time of shift in Consciousness. As the reverberations of the New Frequencies amplify and shake things more intensely, there are strong changes and uncertainty that are being brought to the surface, which is leading to more intense fear, and in some cases panic, in individuals.
Now please do not get me wrong. I am not of the opinion that all fear is bad, and needs to be eradicated totally. As biological individuals, we have the emotion of fear as a protective mechanism, to keep us safe. For example, if a young child accidently sticks his or her finger in the fire and feels pain, it will be a healthy fear that will stop this child from repeating this action, or better yet, walking into fire the next time. The fear will not linger, no escalate to panic (which too much of is an unhealthy expression of the emotion) – it simply is a cautionary signal to the individual about the surroundings around them.
However, within our society today, there has been an unhealthy expression of fear. Whether this is through cultural conditioning, belief systems, our own personal choices, we are living in perpetual stress and fear. It is analogous to perpetually having our backs to the wall, whilst facing an angry bear. So, we are constantly in fear and panic mode, and less in love and joy.
The good news is that there is no angry bear – just the machinations of our own mind. So, we are fully able to change our circumstances by making different choices. The other good news is that with the emergence of these new energies, it will be easier and faster to make this transition – to create and construct a life that is more focused on love and joy.
However, although most love the utopian concept of such a life, the ingrained belief systems and conditioning of fear tightens it’s grip. For example, many people would love to leave their jobs and spend time making a living on something that they love. However, the valid fear of how they can make their mortgage and bill payments rears it’s head, preventing them from fully creating this life for themselves. Another example, some people are looking for a stable life partner, but the fear of changing their lifestyle or of being vulnerable stops them from fully embracing that choice. A third example is that many people that I have spoken with want to move to the New Consciousness, but take their old lives with them, which are not in resonance with the New.
When I ask what stops them from changing jobs, committing to partners or leaving the old life behind, the answer is security. Everybody wants to be secure. The fear towards change is just a signal of the potential loss of security.
The problem is, when we tether security to the external, we are tethering it to an illusion. Jobs can be lost, the economy can tank, house prices can plummet, life partners can leave, for one reason or another. Whilst they are tangible, they merely give the illusion of safety – but in themselves are not secure. So, when these illusions fade away or disappear, we go into full fear mode because what we pegged our security to has disappeared.
The most ‘Real’ aspect that we can peg our security to is ‘I AM’. ‘I AM’ is subtle but real, intangible but real, invisible yet infinite. By embodying ‘I AM’, we can embrace our true resonance, and just Be secure in following our divine path. Once we are tethered to ‘I AM’, we will always be secure, buoyed through the wild seas of change, and we drift to fulfil our soul calling.
‘I AM’ Secure.
